Where do you source your latex sheeting?
We use only premium-quality 100% natural latex sourced from trusted suppliers in Europe & Asia. Our sheeting is ethically produced and available in a variety of colours and finishes to suit our designs.
Can I rush my order?
Yes - If you need your order urgently, we’re often able to accommodate depending on the design and your required timeline.
A priority fee of $100 AUD will apply to cover the additional time and resources needed for expedited production. Please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes - We offer custom sizing on most designs for an additional fee, just get in touch before ordering.
I'm in-between sizes what should I do?
If your measurements fall between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for comfort, especially for full-coverage garments. Alternatively, custom sizing ensures a tailored fit - reach out to discuss your options.
Can I customize a design?
Yes - We accept custom design requests where possible. This could include altering elements like colour, trim, or fit. All customisations must be approved prior to ordering and may incur additional costs.
When will my order arrive?
For our made to order items production usually takes 2-3 weeks, please allow up to 3-5 weeks during sales periods depending on the design and our current queue. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.
Do you repair latex?
We offer a basic repair service for our own garments, subject to assessment. Please email us with photos and a description of the issue so we can advise on options, turnaround time, and cost.
How should I care for my latex?

Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the made to order and intimate nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose your size carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing - we are here to help you find the right fit.
How do I put on latex clothing?
Latex should be put on carefully to avoid tearing. Use a silicone-based dressing aid or talcum powder to help the garment glide onto your skin. Take your time, and avoid pulling too hard - especially around seams. Long nails, jewellery, or sharp objects can easily puncture latex, so we recommend removing or covering them while dressing.
