PRODUCTION

Lead time

All made to order pieces are crafted in-house and typically ship within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

During sales or peak periods, please allow up to 3–5 weeks for production and dispatch. We appreciate your patience while we handcraft each piece with care.

Ready to ship

All ready to ship items are posted within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed.

Priority production

If you require your order urgently, we’re often able to accommodate expedited production depending on the design and your required delivery date.

A priority fee of $100 AUD applies to cover the additional time and resources involved in fast-tracking your piece.

SHIPPING

Shipping methods

All orders are shipped from our Sydney studio. All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars)

Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $120.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post, depending on destination and service availability.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid upon delivery.
Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Australia Post)
Standard: 2–6 business days
Express: 1–2 business days (longer for regional areas)

International Shipping
Standard: 5-9 business days (allow up to 20 for remote areas)
Express: 3–6 business days (major metro areas)

Cancel my order

Once your order is placed, we receive it immediately and begin preparing it. If you wish to cancel, you may do so within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours are eligible for a 50% refund, as materials and production may already be underway.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

As all pieces are made to order and intimate in nature, we do not accept returns unless the item has a manufacturing fault.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact A-D-Atelier within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team may request photos to assess the issue. If a fault is confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer free repairs, or a replacement or refund if the item cannot be repaired.

Unless an item has a confirmed, unrepairable fault in materials or workmanship, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
