  • Our latex is provided by Radical Rubber, established in 2007 and has been developed in association with Libidex Ltd, one of the leading names in fetish fashion. Natural latex sheeting is made from pure natural latex and is free from silicone and other additives.

  • IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IN MOST CASES WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCOMODATE (DEPENDING ON THE DESIGN AND THE DATE YOU NEED IT BY).

    A PRIORITY FEE OF $100AUD WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER TO COVER THE ADDITIONAL TIME AND RESOURCES REQUIRED FOR EXPEDITED PRODUCTION. PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM YOUR REQUEST.

  • Yes, we offer custom-made-to-measure garments! For your peace of mind, you can request a custom sizing option at an additional cost to ensure your latex garment fits perfectly. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your specific needs.

    If you are unsure what size to order please refer to our size guide, if you need further assistance please feel free to contact us and we will happily advise you on the best suited sizing based on the MEASUREMENTS YOU PROVIDE.

  • This will depend on the product you are ordering. Please contact us before placing your order if your measurements don't fit within the sizing recommendations. We can directly measure our patterns and suggest the best fit for you, otherwise it is possible that you will require a customised fit (for an additional fee).

  • LENGTH

    IF YOU ARE TALLER/SHORTER AND NEED A DESIGN LENGTH ALTERED (DRESSES, SKIRTS, STOCKINGS) WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE THIS FREE OF CHARGE, JUST ASK! ENQUIRE NOW

    ZIPPERS

    While some designs already include zipper options, if you’re interested in a design that doesn’t, we can likely add one for you! This customization is available for a small additional fee to cover the cost of the zipper and installation. ENQUIRE NOW

    COLOURS

    If you'd like a custom color not in our usual range, we’re happy to accommodate! A surcharge FEE will apply to cover the cost of sourcing the material and customization, THIS COST WILL VARY PER ORDER, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO US FOR MORE INFORMATION. ENQUIRE NOW

  • Production time is generally 2-3 weeks from the date an order is recieved.

    All domestic orders are via Express Post, once it is posted allow 1-2 business days (longer if outside metropolitan area).

    International orders via Express can take anywhere from 3-6 days, for standard shipping allow 5-9 days and up to 20 days for further countries.

  • If an item needs general repairs, we are happy to repair any A-D-Atelier item for a minimal cost plus shipping. However if an item you recieve from us is faulty please contact us within 7 days and we will cover the cost of return postage as well as repair the item free of charge.

    Unfortunately we can not promise that we can repair a non A-D-Atelier item. For a small fee we can look and advise on the best course of action.

    All clothing sent to us for repair must be washed free of any oils/lubricants and be completely dry. A light talc to prevent sticking is advisable.

  • Australian customers will recieve free express shipping on orders over $100AUD, purchases under this amount will incur a flat $10AUD postage fee.

    International customers will pay $40AUD for orders under $400AUD, orders over this amount pay $25AUD.

  • Latex fabric is vegan and biodegradable. It is a 100% natural material extracted from a renewable resource - Helvetica Brasilius tree sap.

    A-D-Atelier believes in reducing our carbon footprint. All orders will be shipped in a completely recylable cardboard box, tissue paper and tape. No plastic!

    When you opt for discreet packaging, your order will arrive in a commercially compostable HeroPack Mailer.
