SHIPPING & DELIVERY


PRODUCTION TIME

  • Production time is generally 2-3 weeks from the date an order is made through this website. Sales periods may result in a slightly longer wait time (3-5 weeks), if you require a garment urgently please feel free to contact us and we can do our best to prioritise your order.

  • Ready to Ship items are posted within 1-2 days once an order is placed.

SHIPPING COSTS & TAXES

  • International orders are shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post.

  • Domestic Australian orders are shipped express via Australia Post

  • International customers are fully responsible for any and all customs duties and taxes. Once the order is shipped, all duties and taxes become non-refundable.

  • Australian customers are not charged GST

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Australia Post Express delivery is between 1-2 business days (longer if outside metropolitan area)

  • International Express delivery times can vary depending on the origin/destination it is being sent to. Anywhere from 3-6 days between major metro areas.

  • International Standard delivery times can vary depending on the origin/destination it is being sent to. Anywhere from 5-9 days between major metro areas, and allow up to 20 days for further countries.

COVID DELAYS

  • Due to the pandemics impact on logistics ordering time can be up to 6 weeks if your colour choice is not in stock.

  • If in the case we do not have your colour choice in stock we will notify you via email and offer an alternative colour or to cancel the order free of charge if you do not wish to wait for the stock to arrive.

TRACK MY ORDER

  • All orders are shipped with a trackable service so you can follow its journey to you.

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking information.

CANCEL MY ORDER

  • Once you’ve placed your order, we will receive it immediately. A-D-Atelier will cancel the order free of charge if the customer requests the cancellation within 24 hours after they’ve placed the order. If you exceed the free cancellation period you will only recieve a refund of 50%. To cancel the order, please contact us.
