PRODUCTION TIME

Production time is generally 2-3 weeks from the date an order is made through this website. Sales periods may result in a slightly longer wait time (3-5 weeks),
IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IN MOST CASES WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCOMODATE (DEPENDING ON THE DESIGN AND THE DATE YOU NEED IT BY).
A PRIORITY FEE OF $100AUD WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER TO COVER THE ADDITIONAL TIME AND RESOURCES REQUIRED FOR EXPEDITED PRODUCTION. PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM YOUR REQUEST.
Ready to Ship items are posted within 1-2 BUSINESS days once an order is placed.

Domestic Australian orders are shipped express via Australia Post
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post.
International customers are fully responsible for any and all customs duties and taxes. Once the order is shipped, all duties and taxes become non-refundable.
Australian customers are not charged GST.

Australia Post Express delivery is between 1-2 business days (longer if outside metropolitan area)
International Express delivery times can vary depending on the origin/destination it is being sent to. Anywhere from 3-6 days between major metro areas.
International Standard delivery times can vary depending on the origin/destination it is being sent to. Anywhere from 5-9 days between major metro areas, and allow up to 20 days for further countries.

All orders are shipped with a trackable service so you can follow its journey to you.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking information.

Once you’ve placed your order, we will receive it immediately. WE will cancel the order free of charge if the customer requests the cancellation within 24 hours after they’ve placed the order. If you exceed the free cancellation period you will only recieve a refund of 50%. To cancel the order, please contact us.
